2. GUlOE BAR MAINTENANCE
e Conditions which cart require guide bar
maintenance:
—saw cuts to OAt side
—saw has to be forced through a cut
—inadequate supply of oi! to bar and
chain.
e Cheek the eortoitton of the guide bar each
time the chain is shafpened. A worn guide
bar will damage the chain and make cutting
mexe difficuS. Reverse twr after every cleaning.
Repiace the guide bar when:
—the inside groove of the guide bar rails is
worn.
